Our AC went out yesterday, we gave Zach a call, who was on vacation by the way, and he showed up this morning as soon as he got back and immediately had the issue resolved. We are very pleased to recommend Zack and his company. He has helped late at night and weekends when we had emergencies. His work is above and beyond and he is punctual ,dependable and professional .

I have owned my home for 8 years and have dealt with the same issues every single Spring/ Summer with my HVAC system. There were never any solutions with any “big name” companies but there were definitely high bills to be paid to those companies for a bandaid fix. Then comes Brantley’s Heating and Cooling! In one visit they not only diagnosed the PROBLEMS but fixed them! I absolutely support them as a local personal customer and as an individual who deals with customers daily who are in need of a honest and trustworthy HVAC business. There has not been a single time I have called on behalf of me or anyone else where Zack and his guys didn’t make it their own personal obligation to make sure needs were met, and in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend!

This guy is awesome. I called and the timing was just right. He came immediately! He was very pleasant, looked it over, told me what was wrong and how much it'd cost, and handled it. All within a short amount of time. He explained what happened and what to do to prevent it from happening, and life is "cool" again. I highly recommend him and his work. Timely, pleasant, and to the point!

Have been using Brantley’s for about a year now, he is always there that day. If he sees something that needs to be done while he is in there he will follow up with you before just trying to sell you something. Would recommend any day of the week.

We had trouble getting our heat to work. After several people came out and put their 2 cents in we finally called Zack. He was able to get in and out in 10 mins. We now have heat and will only be calling them back out in the future. We highly recommend!
