Last Thursday July 16,2026 AC unit went down on one of the hottest days of the month I had no air and all my bedrooms where upstairs i got a referral to Brantley 's Heating and Cooling Zack Brantley showed up took time to go through my unit and explain to me what was going on .He finally said you need a new unit ! Then I asked about a price and a time frame he then said I can be here tomorrow morning but shop around and call me back but don't wait to long because I got more clients and they was calling all the while he was trying to help me and my family !! I shopped around nobody could promise me that quick service everyone else response was next week but not Zack ! I called him back and confirmed he said we will be there Friday Moring July 17,2026 and he did just what said !He got there a little after 7 am and a little after 12pm he said we done! Quick Service, Great Price and Very Professional with A Warranty and said to me if you need me for anything containing to or with the ac unit call me I will be there!! Guess what I called him for situation with my breakerbox he didn't have to check it out but he did and showed me the problem and fixed it with no problem ! A Good Name is better than riches !! I have owned my home for 8 years and have dealt with the same issues every single Spring/ Summer with my HVAC system. This guy is awesome. I called and the timing was just right. He came immediately! He was very pleasant, looked it over, told me what was wrong and how much it'd cost, and handled it. All within a short amount of time. He explained what happened and what to do to prevent it from happening, and life is "cool" again. I highly recommend him and his work.
